Ida B. Wells - African -American Writer

Ida B. Wells, an African-American writer and activist, she wrote on topics that reflected the condition of African-Americans at the end of the Reconstruction and into the 20th century. She was a journalist active in the women's suffrage movement and a founding member of the NAACP.
