Directions to the Charleston Civic Center

From Interstate 64, Westbound: Take Exit 58-C, drive straight on Pennsylvania Avenue to Virginia Street. Turn left on Virginia Street. Turn left on Civic Center Drive. Turn left on Quarrier Street. Turn right into parking garage.

From Interstate 64, Eastbound: Take Exit 58-B, turn right on Virginia Street. Turn left on Civic Center Drive. Turn left on Quarrier Street. Turn right into parking garage.

From US 119, Northbound: Merge onto I-64 East/US 119 North toward Charleston/Beckley. Take exit 58-B, turn right on Virginia Street. Turn left on Civic Center Drive. Turn left on Quarrier Street. Turn right into parking garage.

The Charleston Civic Center is accessible to those with disabilities. The Civic Center has concession stands, and a parking garage is located conveniently next to the facility. There are many restaurants nearby, plus entertainment and shopping options, if you are visiting from out of town. Plan to spend the day or the entire weekend, because there is plenty to do and see (and read!) at the Festival.
